I actually think this is a promo video for Chicane's single, but it's certainly a clever trick if that is the case...

(a)must be readily recognisable as such, and
(b)must not use techniques which exploit the possibility of conveying a message subliminally or surreptitiously.
But... I think that it would count as a pop video, so not be subject to the same regulation. We'll see!

I think the major issue is that there is no point where the advertising is "readily recognisable"
If there was an endframe which made it clear the I can see no problem with the ad.
